These are the KEY DATES for the 8th BIYSC edition application process:

  • January 9th– February 19th , 2024  1st Application Call*
  • February 26th , 2024  Communication via email of the preselected candidates in the First Call (approximate date)
  • March 11th, 2024  Communication via email of the selected candidates in the First Call (approximate date)
  • March 21st , 2024  First payment participation fee deadline or full payment deadline
  • April 22nd, 2024  Last payment participation fee deadline

*IMPORTANT: No 2nd call will be held for full projects. Projects with still-available places after the 1st call will have a last call within these dates:

  • February 20th– April 12th , 2024  2nd Application Call for projects with last places
  • April 22nd, 2024  Communication via email of the preselected candidates (approximate date)
  • May 7th, 2024  Communication via email of the selected candidates (approximate date)
  • May 16th , 2024  First payment participation fee deadline or full payment deadline
  • June 3rd, 2024 Last payment participation fee deadline
