INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

Due to the entry into force of the referral modification of the Law of Services of the Society of the Information (LSSICE) established by the Real Decree 13/2012, it is of obligation to obtain the express consent of the user of all the websites that use disposable cookies, before they navigate through them.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to offer a correct functioning of the site.

By using these devices, the web server is allowed to remember some data concerning the user, such as their preferences for the display of the pages of this server, name and password, products of interest, etc.

COOKIES AFFECTED AND EXEMPTED BY THE REGULATION

According to the EU directive, cookies that require informed consent from the user are the analytical, advertising and affiliation cookies, with the exception of those of a technical nature and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user.

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?

There are five large types of cookies:

  • Analytical cookies: collect information about the use made of the website.
  • Social cookies: those necessary for external social networks.
  • Affiliate cookies: allow tracking of visits from other websites, by which the website establishes a membership contract (affiliate companies).
  • Advertising and behavior cookies: collect information about user preferences and personal choices (retargeting).
  • Technical and functional cookies: are strictly necessary for the use of the website and for the provision of the contracted service.
COOKIES USED IN THIS WEBSITE
  • PHPSESSID: technical cookie and strictly necessary that contains the identifier of the session. It is removed when you close the browser.
  • _lang: technical cookie and strictly necessary that contains the language of the session. It is removed when you close the browser.
  • ac_cookies: technical cookie and strictly necessary that contains the value of accepting the installation of cookies. Expires after 1 year since the last update.
  • _ga: Google Analytics Universal cookie that enables the unique visit control feature. The first time a user enters the website through a browser, this cookie will be installed. When this user returns to enter the web with the same browser, the cookie will consider that it is the same user. Only in case the user changes a browser, another user will be considered.   • _gat: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics. It is used to limit the speed of petition - the limitation of data collection in high traffic sites. Expires after 10 minutes.
  • _gid: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics. It is used to distinguish users. It expires in 24 hours.

HOW TO ELIMINATE COOKIES OF THE NAVIGATOR

Chrome

  1. Select the ‘Tools’ icon.
  2. Click on ‘Settings’.
  3. Click ‘Show Advanced Options’.
  4. In the ‘Privacy’ section, click on ‘Content Settings’.
  • Delete cookies: Click all cookies and site data.
  • Do not allow cookies to be stored.
  1. Click on ‘Delete navigation data’ (clear the cache).
  2. Close and restart the browser.

Internet Explorer. Version 11

  1. Select the ‘Tools’ icon and ‘Internet options’.
  2. Click on the ‘General’ tab.
  3. In the ‘Navigation History’ section, click ‘Delete Browsing History’ on exit.
  4. Select ‘Delete Files’.
  5. Select ‘Delete cookies’.
  6. Click ‘Delete’.
  7. Click ‘OK’.
  8. Close and restart the browser.

Firefox. Version 18

  1. Select the ‘Firefox’ icon, the ‘History’ section and ‘Clear recent history’.
  2. Next to ‘Details’, click the down arrow.
  3. Select the following check boxes: ‘Cookies’, ‘Cache’, ‘Active logins’.
  4. Using the ‘Delay period to delete’ from the drop-down menu, select ‘All’.
  5. Click ‘Clean now’.
  6. Close and restart the browser.

You can accept or reject cookies individually in the Firefox Preferences, in the ‘History’ section available in Tools>Options>Privacy.

Safari Version 5.1

  1. Select the ‘Safari’ icon, ‘Edit’ and ‘Restore Safari’.
  2. Select the following check boxes: ‘Clear the history’, ‘Delete all web site data’.
  3. Click ‘Reset’.
