    IMPORTANT: To prepare for the program, read the documents regarding practical information (arrivals, departures, accommodation, meals, visa issues, health insurance, emergency contact during the program, items to bring to the projects, relations with families during the program, etc.) These documents are BIYSC_2025_PRACTICAL INFORMATION and BIYSC_2025_SCHEDULE (daily program’s schedule) and can be downloaded from your BIYSC Download Area.

    Access your account via the BIYSC Intranet at https://biysc.org/user-account/ using the email account you used for the application and the password set. Go to the Final Project Payments tab and follow the instructions displayed on the screen to securely proceed with the payment via virtual POS. If you encounter any technical problem, please let us know so we can send you the data to proceed via bank transfer.

    We hope you are already preparing your participation in BIYSC 2025!
