Please be informed that you need to follow these steps to send us all the legal documents and practical information we require to manage your stay in the program
TO REVIEW AND TO SIGN DIGITALLY
After being selected and once participation is confirmed via any fee payment (first payment or whole fee), parents and legal guardians will first receive via email 3 BIYSC participant forms that need to be filled out and signed digitally via our signature platform:
- 2026 Participant Forms (which include authorisation to participate, health form and responsibility form)
- 2026 Image Consent Form (which authorizes the organization to photograph and film the participant during the program)
- 2026 WhatsApp Consent Form (which authorizes the organization to add the participant’s mobile phone number to the chat project to be in contact with the staff and their project’s colleagues during the program)
TO SEND
We need your practical information via your BIYSC account on the Practical Information page. There you will be asked about the following:
- Arrival and departure details,
- Basic diet information (that we need to know in advance to arrange your meals)
- Preferred Barcelona experience*
- Emergency contacts
- T-shirt size (for your BIYSC welcome pack!).
*Please note that the Barcelona Experience, which will be offered from May 11th, is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so do not leave it for the last minute, or your favourite visit may be full!

Also, in your practical information area, you need to upload your legal travel documents:
- an image of your valid ID national card or passport
