Roger Almirall, born in 2001, joined the NanoSat Lab as an intern in 2022 and is currently doing a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Since joining the lab, he has been developing two RFI Monitoring payloads for the IEEE Open PocketQube Kit collaborating with other team members. His technical expertise includes common programming languages like C or Python, Matlab, RF measuring equipment such as VNAs or Spectrum Analyzers. He speaks Catalan, Spanish and English. Roger has recently obtained his amateur radio license, and participates in the ARANEM radio club.
