In case you selected installment payment, please access your account in the BIYSC Intranet and check on Payments to check the deadline for the second payment. You can also check on our website the general Key dates.
Regarding the required documentation to participate, you can download all participant forms in your Documentation and Practical Information area on your BIYSC account. Please follow the instructions there to download, fill in and upload the corresponding documentation, scanned and signed, before 9th June. No participant will be allowed to begin the program without these signed forms.
Please also, before 9th June, in your Practical Information area, fill in the information we need to manage your stay in the program such as dietary requirements, flights/train schedule, and booking to the BIYSC Barcelona cultural experience. A compulsory cultural visit is included in the fee, and different options are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend not leaving your booking for the last minute; otherwise, your favourite visit may be full.
