Payment for LATE DEPARTURE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LATE DEPARTURE
YUGO Aleu Residence (hereinafter, the Residence) serves as the BIYSC official Residence within the dates of the program is being held, that is, from 7th to 18th July 2025.
In the exceptional case of BIYSC participants whose combination of flights does not align with the official departure times, additional booking at the Residence is only possible one day later (July 19th) under the following terms and conditions:
- Outside the official dates of the Program, individual transportation to the airport or train stations to the residence is not provided by BIYSC. The participant must leave by his/her own means and under his/her own responsibility or under his/her parents/guardians responsibility in the case of underage participants.
- A Staff member of the Program will be available at the Residence exclusively to assist the participants with the late check-out.
- Participants of the Program who leave the Residence facilities on their own after the end of the Program do so at their own risk and expense. Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera will not be liable for what occurs beyond the official Residence outside of the official schedule of the Program, that is, from 7th to 18th July 2025.
- BIYSC and its representatives are released from any claims and will be indemnified regarding financial obligations or civil/criminal liabilities incurred by the participant or damage or injury to any persons or properties that the participant may cause during his/her participation at the BIYSC, including the day he/she stays at the Residence for late departure. It is the responsibility of the participant, their parents/legal guardians, and/or their insurance company to meet any such obligations or liabilities as described herein.
- The late departure only includes half-board accommodation. All additional expenses not included in the half board must be covered by the participants.
- The late departure should be booked before 9th June 2025. Beyond that date, availability is not guaranteed
- Carefully double-check your selected booking (date and amount) before paying. No changes or refunds will be accepted.
